Grant a Badge

Typically Members earn Badges by performing specific actions or spending their Metrics. However, from the Member Profile screen, a Customer Service Representative can manually grant a Member a Badge.

To grant a Badge:

  1. Select Members from the top navigation bar, then select CSR > People from the side navigation menu. The People screen is displayed.

  2. On the People screen, search for and select the desired Member (see Search for a Member for more information). The Member Profile screen is displayed with the Summary tab selected by default.

  3. Select the Badges tab.

  4. Click Grant Badge. The Grant Badge pop-up window is displayed.

  1. From the Badge drop-down menu, search for and select the desired Badge.

  2. In the Badge Count field, enter the number of Badges to grant to this Member.

  3. Click Save.
